Insert the Enternet 300 CD, it should start automatically.

(*If not, go to My Computer, select your CD-Rom Drive (usually D:), right click D:, scroll down and left click on OPEN, then double click on MENU.)

Choose your operating System from the menu that appears.

(*the following are screen shots taken using XP, other versions of windows will be similar)

If you've chosen XP or another version of windows, this screen will appear, choose QUICK INSTALL

The automatic configurations will be installed

Choose YES, restart your computer now

Click on FINISH button

*your computer will restart

Once your computer has finished restarting, locate the ENTERNET 300 icon on your desktop

Click on CREATE NEW PROFILE

Type HuronTel for the Connection name

Click on NEXT button

If you are using a D-Link modem enter your username with @hurontel.on.ca at the end (your entire email address) as the user name

*if you are NOTusing a D-Link modem only enter your username without @hurontel.on.ca at the end

Enter your password

Enter your password a second time

Click NEXT button

The wizard will locate a server on your network

CLICK NEXT

The Profile Wizard will locate a server on your network

Click Next

Click FINISH

A HuronTel connection now exists in your Enternet 300 profiles

*you may wish to place the HuronTel icon into your desktop, do this by left clicking and holding on the HuronTel connection icon, and DRAG onto your desktop, the HuronTel connection icon will then appear on your desktop

Click the HuronTel icon to connect to the Internet

*if you don't create a HuronTel connection icon on your desktop, you will need to click on the Enternet 300 icon to get to the HuronTel connection icon
