Open Netscape

Select EDIT

Scroll down and left click on PREFERENCES

Navigator should be selected

Select HOME PAGE radio button

In the LOCATION entry field type in the web page address you would like to be your homepage

ie. "http://www.hurontel.on.ca" (without the quotes)

Click OK
