Microsoft Outlook Email Settings

Open Microsoft Outlook

Select Tools

Scroll down and left click on ACCOUNTS

 

 


Select the MAIL tab

Click on the PROPERTIES button

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select the SERVERS tab

make sure incoming mail(POP3) is set to mail.hurontel.on.ca

make sure outgoing mail (SMTP) is set to smtp.hurontel.on.ca

make sure account name and password are correct

DO NOT select Log on using Secure Password Authentication

DO NOT select My server requires authentication
